I weighed in a day early! I've lost 2 more pounds this week!!!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1786 kcal Fat: 82.76g | Prot: 87.15g | Carb: 175.39g.   Breakfast: Fried Egg, whole grain white bread, Oscar Mayer, light butter and canola oil. Lunch: Fruit Bowls - Pineapple, whole grain white bread, Mushroom Lover's Burger. Dinner: RUSSET POTATO, light butter with canola oil, Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other: light butter with canola oil, Smart Pop! 94% Fat Free Butter Popcorn, Smart Pop! 94% Fat Free Butter Popcorn, decaf with non dairy coffee creamer, non dairy creamer, Water (Bottled) flavored, snack pack, whole grain white bread, Colby Jack Cheese Sticks. more...
