the truth comes every morning when you get on the scale and you know...
so today will be the new beginning. it has to be. i can't keep backsliding and letting all that hard work of the summer go to waste.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
