I am surely stuck!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi, Are you on Atkins..what phase ? You certainly aren't eating enough food on a whole.. should be 65-70%fat-- 20-30%protein--5-10%carbs. Now this may not work for everyone, but looks like you're eating things that might be slowing you down..Plus we all get to the dreaded STALL...and yep you think you've discovered HELL right here in river city !! Maybe change up your exercise routine..up your fat alittle...bring the carbs down alittle..all just suggestions..it's all so individual and personal to each one of us. Wish you lots of luck...you can do it for sure

Thank you.i am on atkins in owl phase.cant do too much more exercise as i have back and leg problems.
