Weight is still clibming but softness is coming and going. I am not sure why this is. Energy is slightly better. I went light on deads yesterday to hopefully help with recovery.
189.7 lb Lost so far: 25.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
