I'm not going to weigh in this morning. It wouldn't show a loss b/c i haven't pooped in 3 days. i don't understand. . . before the diet i had diahrrea all the time. Now I'm constipated all the time. I'm even taking fiber with lunch and supper. it seems like the only time i poop is weekends. So i'll weigh tuesday when i get home.
188.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
