162.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Buddy - I just checked out your weight loss calendar and I think your doing great! Last summer (Aug) when I began my 30-lb weigh loss, I got discouraged many times - feeling like what I was doing (especially during plateaus) wasn't worth the effort. But, as I can tell you, it really is worth it because you'll feel great once you do do it. As for me, I have gained a portion of what I lost back again, but I think like anything else in life, its just a process; and for people like us who have weight to lose, it will probably always be something we have to monitor regularly. I'm back here on FS again (I knew I would be) because I got a little off track but that's okay - it happens. I'm just starting over but I'm motivated because I know I can do it - I just did it. I got down from 163 to 135 in about 4.5 months. I've gained almost 15 lbs back but that fine - I'll just lose it again. Just don't give up though - remember, its not only about the weight loss, its about being healthy too :) Keep in touch and feel free to send me a message through "Buddy" email
