There is so much stress in my life this last couple of weeks that my weight has been bouncing up and down consistently.

I am just so stressed out.
149.4 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 4.2 lb a week

You are doing so well - think about that! Just take a deep breath, seek out positive people and reflect on life's joys. I am not this profound, I have a 101 Ways to Manage Stress card in front of me. Some of it works, especially breathing deep. Take good care of yourself.
