Hunger got bad on Saturday despite increased ritalin and quite a bit of caffeine. I drank a lot of diet pop. On either saturday or sunday the scale said something like 186.6. Its amazing how much the body can fluctuate due to water and other things because my calories have stayed the same. I will average 3000 for a little longer to see what happens. I want to find out what my overall metabolism is around. I though is was something like 2800 but im finding that it might be a bit higher. I am going to cut back on fruit to about 2 peices a day and I am going to stop taking ritalin after a few days of half doses to wein myself off. I have also started to develope some anxiety. Hopefully these changes will do me good.
