Worked on eating right for most of the week until Saturday. Grill out at my daughter's house. Grilled italian sausage and grilled chicken breasts. No greens or veggies (other than cucumbers) to pick from. So a fat filled day. I did eat an apple lol and had oatmeal for breakfast. Seems one day blew my whole week according to the scales. I hate the scales, even though it is really me that blows it!!
262.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
