This week I stayed focused, with only a few slip ups a bite of a cookie here a piece of bread there, and yet it was a good week! SO nice to be over 25lbs down now on to the next goal to be 28lbs down by May 1st
207.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
