Well folks, life has been challenging! I decided enough is enough...I actually joined the weight watchers program again, instead of attempting to handle things at home on my own. Quite obviously, I need a little more accountability...No more excuses. I'm gonna need my buddies...don't be afraid to send me a comment! And please, keep me in check! That whole tracking thing gets to be a major drag, so if anyone has any suggestions that would be great!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.5 lb a week

Hi, we'll done on joining weight watchers. The thing that helps me is tracking my calories on FS. I am a bit of a numbers / lists freak so if I can log everything neatly then I love it !!! If I just write it a book at home I don't stick to my diet. Yes I know I'm weird !!! Also, read everyone's journals and posts on here, it can be very encouraging when you feel low if you have a week when you've not done so well. Good luck to you :-)

Good for you, different things work for different people. I hope you have a great leader that is motivating! I have tried WW but where I live we don't have meetings so I did the online thing and that was not enough for me. That is what I like about FS is the buddy system. You can do it. We are here to help!

Hey thanks! You're right about the whole motivational leader thing...I had quit going about a year and a half ago, simply because I felt worse about myself after I was there than before I went...irony? I'm hoping it's not the same leader, but I guess it really doesn't matter...I need to quit the excuses and just do it. So thanks, again, I may need your support more than ya think! lol
