Started TOM again with everything else that's going on ugh but down a pound!
251.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me too, for the 3rd time in 7 weeks...the difference is , I have gained 3 lbs!! Is TOM and acronym or just a nickname?
