The Blue Box's Journal, 19 April 2013

It's really disheartening when you are trying to lose weight and on Wednesday you perform extra exercise and eat under your RDI and that causes you to gain .8 lbs. Then Thursday you are moving your office to a new location and the boss buys everyone pizza and you end up eating way over your RDI and you lose .6 lbs.

Body I do not understand you!! Did moving my office from one location to another really burn that many calories? I highly doubt it...

And today I will most likely be over my RDI again, because there is a mandatory luncheon at work. Grr!
104.0 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well extra exercise can cause the muscles to retain water to help them heal (which would be your slight gain). Sometimes eating more can cause the metabolism to increase, which can lead to weight loss. But weight loss can be cumulative (what your do consistently over a period of time), so I would just take the loss and run with it, lol!

Can you not take something healthy to snack on before these things so your not so hungry then?

I find that when close to the right weight eating under with exercise doesn't work out Suzi is right if your used to that many calories and burning more there is a healing process. Don't worry salad and routine ...We are out of the worse part of the diet Easter/misc. only thing I can see as a problem is ice cream for summer.

Suzi161, that's what I'm doing, I'm just going to go with it even though it doesn't make much sense to me. :)iamachristianjesusfreak, most of the time, it's not that I'm super hungry, its that I feel obligated to eat, and since we'll be sitting there talking for awhile, I know I'll pick at the food that is in front of me... but I did eat a high protein breakfast to try and satiate the hunger. The candy fan, you are so right; ice cream is my one true weakness!

I <3 ice cream too. Butter pecan, chocolate chip, cookie's and cream, vanilla, chocolate almond, chocolate, peanut butter o and the list goes on... excuse me with I clean up this puddle of drool. And I even love frozen yogurt. Be still my beating heart.
