I only ate fake bacon for breakfast. veggie stew for lunch and lean cuisine for dinner. fruit for a snack. or fiber one bar or zero fat pudding. i am set!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
