I have not gained or lost an ounce since March 28th, WTF??? I added 15 miles of running a week to my fitness plan, and nothing! I'm getting super frustrated.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are your clothes more loose? Are you tracking all your food honestly? Are you counting all your bites, licks and tastes? Are you drinking water? It flushes out sodium and keeps things moving. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Protein and high fiber foods help us lose fat and keep us fuller than any other food groups. Exercise is important, but weight loss is mostly from diet.
