Day 60 (Week 9): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

Week 3 Cruise to Lose!

It's MONDAY!!! Good morning everyone!!!

Smoothest of sailing to all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!!!!!!!!!!


Well my agenda got all blown yesterday. Ah well, I still got my exercise in, but I ate too little and had appointments cancel. Ate too little because I was running and basically skipped lunch and all snacking. I suppose that's okay once in awhile but I really don't want to make THAT a habit, because I certainly don't want my body feeling starved!

Wii Fit, another 30mins free-step and 16 minutes of Balance Games warm-up.

Old Man Scale: Still up 2lbs this morning, so I am recording it. I did not drink enough water yesterday to flush out Saturday's salt. Going to drink LOTS today. It is always harder for me on the week-ends. Just as I eat more at work, I also drink a LOT more water. It's the structured day and I have my trusty water bottle that I fill 3-4 times so I always get enough water. When I am running around on the week-ends I forget to drink :(

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August.

Mid-range: 245 Turkey Day I am coming for you! 18 from beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 1 from now. Goal date Nov. 1st (or sooner, if I want to make the ceiling goal too!)
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. This is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 11 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. (I can feel this with my finger tips if I just r...e...a...c...h! Less of a stretch now. *tries to touch it with her fingernails*)
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)

1st things first 245 (1 MORE POUND!!!!) then 240 then on down, down down!

Sun: 44.71NC, 3Vs (no not Atkins, just too little food in general ;)
Exercise goal: 200+/200 (looks like I need another 10 mins later today.)

Tues:Wii 40mins (15 balance, 25 aerobic)
Wed: 10MIN WALK @ LUNCH, 35 min Wii (30 mins free step, 5 mins balance)
Thurs: Yoga 60mins
Fri: none
Sat: 45 mins Wii (15 - balance, 30 - free step)
Sun: 46 mins Wii (16 balance, 30 free step) + walking fast @ Costco....we always go fast when my husband and I go together, he get's impatient heheh. Also broke down a TON of boxes working on the garage some yesterday, my are even slightly sore!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have the same challenges on the weekend. I skipped lunch yesterday, too. And I never get as much water in. But we still exercise! Yay for us!

Isn't it strange how we do well in one area of our lives and then another area falls short of success. BALANCE - BALANCE - BALANCE! Tough to achieve. Can you tell I am a Libra? We like to weigh everything out -- litreally and figuratively. Thanks for agreeing to be my buddy Dear! We are going to have a blast!

what ive started doing...is i keep a notepad next to laptop an i have each day penciled in an each time i drink 10 oz of water..i make a mark...other wise after so many i tend to forget how much ive drank...its been helpin to keep better track of what i should be drinkin thru the day...just an idea to keep you on the water drinkin routine...

Yeah I may need to at home. At work I just log each water as I drink so I stay on track.
