Alright, I have been dutiful in the increase of caloric intake, and brutally honest in my food entries, but it seems I have hit an impasse. I joined the 1400 cal/day challenge - I know, "that's not enough!" Well different strokes and all that. I feel better not eating as much, and I like losing weight - still have a lot of flab in the middle I have to burn off. Guess I am impatient. Oh well, low calories has served me in the past. Plus the grocery bill is so low!

As long as you're listening to your body, and you've tried both low cal and higher, 1400 shouldn't be too rough. I should be going for about 1400-1800 myself, and I'm about the same weight. But if you get hungry, man, EAT! =) Take care.

Yeah, gonna give 1400 a shot. Don't get stuffed, and feel like I'm doing some work.
