Cannot get below 180. By the end of the week I am 180 and then I go home for the weekend and eat eggs baco and bread. This weekend I actually had two slices if pizza. I feel gross ! Well on to a new week ! Back to the drawing board ! Have a Wonderful Day All !
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
