Hunger has seemed to improve a bit. This is the lowest average calories I have been at since the 500-1500 days. Feeling a bit carb depleated so I will probably do a refeed soon. I am happy that weight loss have been steady. I not sure what it is but I have been seriously lacking novivation for stuff lately. This might be part of the hunger. Because when your hungry you don't want to do much else besides eat. This needs to be fixed. Hopefully the refeed will help.
