Walking. Less tired today. Still having a hard time with the heat. Somewhat snacky feeling today. Frustrared with friends issues. Will continue to focus on health and diet.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
