I am very disappointed I didn't lose more this week. I did use the weights each day, did more walking. I didn't eat any bread or breaded items. I didn't eat potatoes, rice, etc. I did eat air popped popcorn, beans, veggies, oatmeal. Maybe next week will be better. No, I am not giving up.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
