I enjoyed 1/3 cup Cherrios and Proactive Peach Yogurt for breakfast at 7 am. Looking to eat fruit for snack or lunch.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.5 lb a week
