Day 55 (Week 8): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

Week 2 Cruise to Lose!

Good Morning!!! Calm waters (peace of mind) and a brisk wind (good exercise) to all! I hope this day finds all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples all well and working towards your fantastic healthy goals!!


So I hopped on the Wii last night and got some serious calories "roasted' as the little guy says! My Wii age was not as low as the night before but it was still 2 years younger than my real age. That is really exciting and I think means it is a less of a fluke!
I warmed up with 10 minutes of balance. did 25 minutes of aerobics: Super Hoola hoop, advanced step, and free step. (which is basically walking in place to set tempo that it sets and you can go and watch TV or something. i just watched the game for that first time but it is a cool concept and you can increase the time...I may pop in a movie and do like 1/2 hour next time. I then cooled down with another 5 minutes of balance games although Iwas doing the advanced slaloma nd it felt more intense than a cool down LOL!


Old Man Scale: OMG he was good to me this morning. I cannot believe I am ALREADY at a new low after my trip!!!!!! 1lb below my previous low, how EXCITING is that!!!

So my prediction came true!!! Chalk up 1lb lost for the BWWs!!
Back to my normal goal fof 1500 - 1800 calroies a today and losta movement. I have a goal of 200 minutes of exercise this week. WIll have at least 100 by Thursday due to yoga so I need about 30 minutes today to work towards my goal.

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August.

Mid-range: 245 Turkey Day I am coming for you! 18 from beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 2.5 from now. Goal date Nov. 1st (or sooner, if I want to make the ceiling goal too!)
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. This is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 12.5 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. (I can feel this with my finger tips if I just r...e...a...c...h! Less of a stretch now. I can almost feel it!)
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)

1st things first 245 (almost there! Stay on target!!) then 240 then on down, down down!

Way to go on that pound you lost!!!!!....dont kno if your familiar with www.realage.com...but you can go in an fill out a survey an it will tell you how exercising and changing your life, can take years off of you...bout the same as using the wii...same idea...keep on chargin ahead!!!!
