Back to eating sweets. It's that stupid chocolate peanut butter pie I made for DH's birthday Saturday. Last piece is his! Will get back on track tomorrow. Tried eating vegetarian today and sorely missed the protein, was hungry all afternoon. Back to chili for lunch. So much for Fat Smash diet.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can eat vegetarian and get plenty of protein. There's vegetarian chili, soy hamburger patties, soy sausage (which is really good), I even make lettuce wraps from the "chicken" (not sure what its made of) but I really like eating vegetarian some times. Yogurt and cheese is also great sources of protein.
