Well considering I gained 2lbs since last week, coming this low is a good thing. I really want to be down 25lbs by my Daughters Birthday on May 1st. Gotta keep it up!!
210.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
