1515 kcal Fat: 66.44g | Prot: 81.38g | Carb: 172.32g.   Breakfast: Lite Syrup, whole wheat pancake, peanut butter, Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links. Lunch: Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter, simply fruit, double fiber bread. Dinner: broccoli, brown sugar, sweet potato, riceland brown rice, crock pot chicken with gravy. Snacks/Other: Chewy Lowfat Granola Bars - Oatmeal Raisin, Mayonnaise Dressing with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, double fiber bread, egg. more...
