Finally! we at at Western Sizzlin for lunch and it was very high calorie, so I didn't eat supper. i could've but i wasn't really hungry and i needed to see the scale budge.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
