I walked 2x yesterday. Once to the hwy, back to the turn, to the hwy again, then home. And then a second time to the bridge. I went ealry and then late.
199.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
