I was nervous getting on the scale this am for fear that yesterdays recorded loss was just going to be a fluke....alas, it was not. I weighed the same as yesterday. Busy weekend ahead with lot's of exercise planned outside. Going to get some more recipes into my Cookbook as well. Happy weekend to you all!
258.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 98.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
