Ok. the game. I know its part of the process, not worried at all. Fruit and veggies weigh too! Going out to lunch today with A; salad bar here we come!

you can do this, the salad dressing we use is the key I think to eating till full. I love to eat quantity as well as quality. I always put a protein on my salad and eat lots more fish and chicken with it now as well. Try to stay away from those salads that have mayo in them. where do you live that it is 80 today? I live in Virginia Beach and it is also 80 today. Stay strong.

Hey, CCerza, I sure did take a few packets of salad dressing with me. My friend was interested in them too. Was so good.... I live in Wilmington NC and it is nothing short of gorgeous here. Makes all this salad eating easy!
