I weigh myself every morning. I know im paying attention to what the number says but I honestly thought I had lost weight since my last weigh in. I feel really good about how my body is progressing and I bought a few new dresses that look great on me so I guess I wasnt really focused on any particular number at all these last two weeks while weighing myself each day. So.......it is now time for me to add in a jillian michaels workout. There's a free one on youtube where I found the 3 miles with leslie sansone. JM's youtube video is called: Banish Fat Boost Metabolism Workout. Ive only done it once before bc its sooooooo difficult and challenging but I need to reach my goal and zero pounds lost is not the vehicle to get me there.
My new vitamins and supplements are working well. I ceased taking the melatonin and CoQ10 due to side effects. My diet is going really good too. I know my body and adding in major power workouts like jillian michaels' makes me have to eat more for proper energy during the day. So I think I may add in things like baked potatoes but without anything on them for lunches, etc. My body type is a mesomorph so I need 45% cardio, 45% resistance/weight training, 10% stretching during every workout really. So im not totally surprised that I've hit a wall. More power workouts and more good food for me.
Still 50 more pounds to go. Pushing harder now!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
