So...I'm not a happy camper today. I'm up 3.4 pounds with 3 days of consistent work outs and eating right. Think it may be TOM but not sure since I skipped last month. All I know is my co-workers should take cover cuz I'm CRABBY.
222.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just remember it's probably all water. And make farting noises. When someone annoys you.. make a farting noise at them. It helps. I don't know why.. but it does. I've been doing it all week long at work. People have stopped asking me to do things. It's kinda nice!

Maybe try adding a few more calories after about a week or so of consistently working out. Sometimes when you work put you have to eat a little more. You're still doing fabulous!
