Still drinking (water, that is....at least 8 glasses per day) and still dancing my butt off (and hopefully my belly, arms and thighs too). I am also glad that I am gaining more buddies on this site so that we can hopefully encourage each other.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

925 kcal Fat: 68.39g | Prot: 59.71g | Carb: 15.11g.   Breakfast: sausage patty, fried egg, heavy cream, coffee. Dinner: pork skins, oscar mayer deli fresj ,esqiote tirleu breast, bacon, Tomatoes, sargento reduced fat colby cheese, lettuce. Snacks/Other: hill country fair coconut flakes, david sunflower kernels. more...

You are doing great mom! Savannah loves your picture on here. Everytime I logon to see your progress she screams Gramma!!! and tries to hug the computer:) Love you!
