Good morning!

What an excellent day yesterday!

I started teaching weight loss again, and we're off to an amazing start!

I have six people in my class, and four of them are repeat customers, who kept raving to the two new ones about how happy they were with the classes last time, and the impressive results they saw.

They two new ones were all excited and ready to go. The new ones are already training in the same gym as I, so I am sure they'll see great results. :)

One of my repeat customers is a registered nurse. She was amazed to see me again after a few months' break. She couldn't believe the transformation that training and dropping 8 kilos since last she saw me has done.

At some point we talked about bodyfat percentages, and I explained how I went from 26% in December to 7 as of yesterday. She looked VERY sceptical, and then asked if I would mind if she pinched my skin on one of the "critical" points, like my arm, cause she'd like to feel that for herself. Those results were too good to be true.

I gave her my arm, and she grabbed the skin and gave it a light squeeze, and then looked at me, baffled, then at the group and said "Unbelievable! There is NO fat! Damn".

I think I can live on that comment alone for a couple of weeks! :)

So, yesterday I ended up at consuming 1600 calories. Not bad. I had allowed myself 2100 calories, this is what madlog.dk suggests for me to ease my way down to my 82 kilos again. I am today - for the 3rd day in a row - at 85 kilos. Today it's 85.3, it was 85.1 the last two days.

However, I know things are happening. I am getting the error from my scale again. The dreaded error that shows when it can't read the low fatpercentage. This usually means that it registers 4 or lower. Wow.

It sounds about right when I think of the numbers I have had lately. I should be about 500g to a kilo down from the low weigh-in Friday, and considering that I weigh a couple of kilos more and have lost a good chunk of fat (hopefully), then it sounds about right that the error will be there now. It's HIGHLY annoying though. I am a numbers addict, as you guys know.

Still, I'll survive. Getting the error is a sign that things are moving in the right direction.

Today is my week's 2nd 600 calorie day. I have it nicely planned out, with a huge helping hand from Wife's turkey soup from yesterday. It's nice and low in calories, and it will be both lunch and dinner for me.

I had room for rye bread, egg and ham for breakfast. I can have an apple for late breakfast. Turkey soup for lunch. A diet soda in the afternoon, when I usually get my urge for sweets. Then another soupl for dinner and a soda as an evening treat if I want one.

Not bad for 600 calories.

I gave into sugar free winegummies yesterday. They tasted awesome, but they really hurt my stomach. As they did last time I had them, months ago. Back then, I had a lot, so I figured and that was the problem. Yesterday I just bought 120 grams. Not a tiny portion but not huge at all. Still, it hurt my stomach the same. Ouch. It'll be a while before I do this again.

Today, I'm gonna go for a walk - 5 kilometers - before work. I will also be attending a meeting in the afternoon. I'm considering walking out there - it's 2 kilometers - and then after the meeting walk to the school where I play music with the kids. This will be another 3 - 3½ kilometers. I will definitely get my share in today. Not bad.

Today, I'm thankful for:
- Getting my class up and running! I'm all smiles!
- Rockin' with the kids tonight!
- Wife getting up with me this morning even if she doesn't have to go to work.
- Another 600 day well planned for today.

Happy Tuesday! Life is good!

That's a lot of walking - good for you! Glad your class is going well, loved the reaction to your rockin body! :) Enjoy your soup, sounds yummy!

Wow! That'a quite a compliment! :) could you please post a before-after picture of your body transformation of the last months, to motivate us? After Italy, I feel lazy about workouts...

Amazing! Congratulations on the classroom! I wish that I had a small support group that I could actually get to know. Your rave reviews (from customers) are sure to go far. And, congratulations on the scale error! Last time, I got on a scale and it said error, it was because I exceeded the weight limit. :) (But, not anymore!) Have a great day!

Ok, with the 2nd breakfast, I'm gonna have to call you a Hobbit name, so you pick it. Merry or Pippin? LOL I'm with ya on the #s addiction. My same-weight weigh in gave me minor nerdrage this morning. At least it's not up, but dammit, it's not down! GRR Do you think the low fat % has been mostly due to your working out with weights and continued cardio? My fat % is what is giving me the most nerdrage... but you already know I'm working on that... ;o) Have an awesome day dude!!

WINE GUMMIES! Never seen them. cool. So glad you have peeps in that class! That is so motivational to share success with someone who wants to learn! As for your bodyfat percentage, I was actually wondering about it as well. But, with all that extra skin, I think it is probably possible since you are carring around excess skin and not fat, so ultimately it will be a lower than normal figure. Way to go. I get errors on my scale if my feet are too cold, or I look at it the wrong way:-) Hope you have an awesome week! I'm going for it too!!!! You motivate me!
