I'm disappointed, but at least the scale moved a tiny bit. I'm also excited to have my weight below 180 for the first time in a while. I have just started reading the official SBD book, and I'm starting to see that there are just certain foods I can't eat anymore, even if they're "OK" later on. In the past week I've had whole wheat bread, single portions, twice. It's really the only variation I've had, but I think it caused my stall. I'll be hard-core Phase 1 for this week and see if I can get this ball moving again!
179.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
