Starting today I am going to switch my meal frequency in attempt to fix this hunger issue. I will eat breakfast shortly after I get up, lunch about 5 hours later, and dinner 5 hours after that. I am also going to try and finish eating at least 3 hours before sleep. This information was from a site that provided some scientific info but sited no sources so It's safe to say that I'm doubtful. I have been doing IF about 80-90% of days for about 9 months, so it will be interesting to see if there will be differences in hunger, body comp change, energy level and how long it will take my body to adapt.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It took for my body to get use to eating a couple snacks on top of 3 meals but I think it's helping me. On the Shaklee 180.
