First week went pretty well. Ate good except for when I went a party, no big deal. Exercised 5 days this week, running on the treadmill and elliptical. Started on week 3 of the Couch to 5k program, going to try to keep that up for a while :)
214.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
