I glad that I lost weight even on vacation. This has never happened before. I did keep up my exercise and walked and stood a lot. My husband was getting a bit frustrated because I wouldn't eat his snacks or drink wine or beer with him, but he got over it.
113.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It was that determination to get your work outs in. Did you have fun? Way to go on the weight loss on vaca. I always come back 5-10 lbs heavier. A gold star for you. LOL

You ar so amazing!! Imagine going on a trip like that, passing up the wine and drinks, getting up early to exercise before hubby got up... you are Super Woman!!! asnd you lost weight following a trip!! I swear that is a very rare thing. You're like a sparkling diamond girl!
