Well I know why I have gained so much weight back but I am not going ot let it get me down and just move forward. I know what I need to do. So I am looking at this as my new start date again. So here is Day 1:::)

Very true my friends and I am very pleased with my food choices and most importantly my sodium which is a big issue for me was under 2000. When I eat too much sodium products my legs swell to like +3 pitting edema. Any one ever have the same problem you will know what I am talking about. Looking forward to day two..

Day 2..3..4.. Will all be successful. Sodium is evil and I know that all my joints suffer when I have over done it. Keep up the good work! :D
