I'm up today - maybe I should quit weighing daily...can't think of why I would be up, other than I may need more calories - seems like when I had around 1700 was better feeling and loss, than around 1200. Think I will experiment with that a bit today, cause definitely got the veggies in...oh well. I'm in this for the long haul - so just gotta see what my body is trying to tell me.
236.1 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 85.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
