I've come to believe that the scale reading the other day was an anomoly. It now claims I've lost almost 8 pounds in 2 days. or back to slightly less than when I started. so yeah. here we go again
303.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
