a week in the UK eating pies and pasties, drinking nuch missed tepid beer aswell as another week without completing my food diary. Little surprise my weight has gone up nearly a kilo. Need to hit the gym this week and take control of my eating habits.
190.5 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2215 kcal Fat: 77.55g | Prot: 86.74g | Carb: 241.19g.   Breakfast: Butter (Salted), Jam Preserves, Crumpets, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Reduced Fat Milk, Cranberry Juice. Lunch: Tomato Sauce with Tomato Tidbits (Canned), Whole Wheat Spaghetti. Dinner: Cheddar Cheese, Red Table Wine, Ciabatta, Oranges, Tomato Sauce with Tomato Tidbits (Canned), Beef Steak. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting), Milk Chocolate Coated Peanuts, Bananas, Sweet or Dark Chocolate. more...
