still 145 so am not moving down like I was but at least not going up but not eating very much either, hope I can maintain this pace over the weekend as I really want to get down in the lower 140 area. Then move back into the 130's
145.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
