Yay, another drop! And another grueling work day ahead. Write more later.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, y'all! Today was my 30th anniversary, but poor Mr Coco has been working out of town all week. He'll be home tomorrow and we'll probably splurge on a nice dinner. I think I had too much salt tonight, so I bet I'll wake up 2 lbs heavier tomorrow. X[
