keeping weight so far, feels like I haven't been here for awhile during the week so hope I can maintain. sure have given up some things I love like popcorn and didn't have the ice cream cake I was craving so it better be worth it.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
