SturgeonQueen's Journal, 19 September 2010

So, I am down a bit today. Which is cool because it's also my first day of my TOM so, I usually go up. My insides are KILLING me today, feeling sick all day but I don't want to put off my workout again. I might just do the step aerobics for 30 mins and like 300 calories... depending on how I feel I might play some Wii Squash too lol, but right now I'm feeling not good.

Had to work on the computer most of the day writing a lab report, so that was basically doing nothing. Still doing pretty good on the food front. I love living in the country but I'd kill someone for cable internet right now... I hate satellite BS crap slowness. UGH.

Strike that... the BF wants me to take it easy because I've been feeling crappy all day. M/T/Th/Sat is my workout this week. Always a fail. Always a procrastination. But I'm still on track, at least I'm not off-track and not working out.
