Well not too bad only gaining 1 lb on prednisone... Still sick as a dog though... over doing it on the soda drinking diet Gingerale but it's the only thing that tastes good.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Sandy Yeah I think I'm having a relapse from going back to work and working out too soon from having it before.
