Still trying to get regular with the exercise, but doing pretty good on the diet end of things! Trying to stay under 1500 calories (except weekends if i have plans) & trying to eat more like the Mediterranean Diet. So much healthier and because i am getting more of the good fats, i am feeling less hungry! Much more satisfied...and surprisingly loving the fish so far :)
