my easter day greeted me on the scale this morning :( .. have my walk counter on and am setting a goal of 5000 steps. sunshine and blue skies. heading into my day.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
