No problem with daily journal & exercise. Weighing in early since going away for Thanksgiving weekend today. Went to the gym this morning and down a pound. Very happy since all week just maintaining the same weight. Going to do my best not to be a pig this holiday weekend! Still committed to this challenge. Believe it is week 6 so half way done.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
